Eva
Eva's passion for Pilates started 6 years ago. Her devotion to helping others inspired her to become a Pilates professional. Eva's positive attitude provides motivation for her clients and has inspired many people and it starts with herself, Why? She practices what she teaches! She believes we have the power to make the positive choice to make our bodies and our minds as healthy as we possibly can. It is each person's birthright to discover the changes they can make in the way they look, feel and live their life. By incorporating proper and precise Pilates techniques Eva produces speedy results for her clients with various programs that will challenge the cardiovascular system, develop leaner muscle and boost metabolism. You are guaranteed to have more energy, look and feel better.
Eva's philosophy: "The emotional experience that Pilates can be is what motivates me to teach. I want everyone to be able to get on the Reformer and connect with them selves for an hour, forget their stresses, forget about work and focus entirely on what their bodies and minds are really capable of".

Corina Maggi
Corina Maggi is a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Instructor. A native of San Diego, Corina first encountered Pilates while training for her professional ballet career and was very impressed with how quickly her muscular strength, balance, and mental focus improved while training in the work. Living with Scoliosis, she was delighted to see and feel significant increases in strength and muscular balance in the weaker side of her back after starting Pilates. Pilates further helped Corina during her pregnancy and birth of her daughter Isabella, and was able to deliver naturally through waterbirth with no drugs or medications.
