Group classes that are designed to specifically enhance the Pilates repertoire, whether it be to suit the needs of a special population such as clients with Osteoporosis, or to suit the needs of clients who want to move faster or get a more aerobic workout. We offer Specialty Classes of all sorts and are continually managing the Specialty Class Schedule to meet the needs of our clientele.

Pilates Circuit Training

A vigorous workout that constantly challenges and builds strength and endurance. The instructor will lead you through a variety of Cardio Jump board, Classical Pilates, mat work and smaller Apparatus exercises. Be prepared to work quickly and efficiently w/ very little down time. You will work so hard the class will be over before you know it! The final 10 min is dedicated to deep stretching and cool down.

Cardio Pilates with Jump board

Sweat it out! This is a vigorous workout incorporating the Pilates Jump board along with Traditional Pilates techniques. Elevate the heart rate, give your metabolism a boost and kick your body into high gear.

PilatesEXO Chair*

This is a challenging multi level class that emphasizes core strength and stability training. All exercises are performed on the Exo Chair. Don’t let the word Chair deter you there is little sitting in this class and it is guaranteed to kick your laurels into shape.

Pilates Pole Dancing*

Most people who first hear about this class doubt the validity of it, but it is one of the most popular new classes out there! For an hour, women are increasing strength, burning calories, improving coordination and experiencing just how sexy they can be. Get ready to be challenged and try an exciting alternative to your traditional classes!
